Everyone votes in secret: estimates stay hidden until all votes are in, so nobody adjusts to the team lead. One reveal, then an argument about the work itself. Room state is synchronised for everyone over SSE, with no reloads.

Voice and screen — inside the room

The discussion does not move to a separate Zoom: voice chat and screen sharing work over WebRTC right in the browser, with no third-party services.
